Default What is this bottle of Dewers

Just for curiosity sake. I can't seem to find any info on this bottle of Dewers. I Think it might be from 1947 due to the stamp on the packaging. The packaging is threaded and water marked paper from the Quebec liquor commission ( changed its name in 61). The bottle is labelled "special liqueur" with a spring cap
